What we collect when you visit our clubs or this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
HALE Strength Club LLC runs two strength clubs in Miami: Foundry in Wynwood and Riverside in Brickell. When this policy says we, us or HALE, it means HALE Strength Club LLC, 2140 NW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33127.
What we collect
The details you give us: your name, phone number and email when you book a free session, buy a pass or join. Membership details: your plan, payment status and home club. Visits: the date and time you check in at the door. Website data: the pages you visit and the device you use, collected with privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use it
To arrange your free session and reply to your messages, to run your membership and take payments, to keep the clubs safe, and to understand which pages and classes people use so we can make them better. We only send marketing emails if you ask for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the club: our payment processor, our booking app and our email provider. They may use your data only to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Membership records are kept while you are a member and for up to six years after, for tax and legal reasons. Free-session requests that do not turn into a membership are deleted after twelve months.
Your choices
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Write to hello@hale.club and we will reply within 30 days.
